PRE-WORKOUT OAT/BANANA COOKIES

A) MIX:
2 cups oatmeal flour
1 cup of oats
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
.5 tsp salt
1 cup trail mix
1/4 cup ground, dark chocolate
B) Blend:
1 large egg
1/2 cup of Kefir or milk (I used Kefir)
2 ripe bananas
1tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter (12sec on microwave prior)
C) Pour liquid into the mix and make your dough.
D) Let the dough rest for 10 min.
E) Hand make your cookies and place them on an oven tray (previously greased with butter or coconut oil).
F) Bake for about 11-13 min.
